Art and design have always been the source of my inspiration and creative vision. Influenced at an young age by the graffiti movement in the early 90’s, I began to develop a love of graphic art and typography.
In 1999, I graduated from The Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore with a BFA in Illustration. I then painted a mural in downtown Washington D.C. for a historic jazz club Bohemian Caverns. After working for one year as a jr. designer at a full production film company named Digital Underground, I decided to move to New York in 2000 to pursue a master’s degree in digital arts at The Pratt Institute.
Over the years, I have worked in the music industry, television, fashion, sports, advertising, architecture and interior design. As a multimedia designer, my strengths are primarily in id branding, print design, web design, photography, video editing and motion graphics. As a sr. designer in New York, I have worked with software developers and led teams of web designers in Peru and Bolivia.
As an artist, versatility is key to the evolution of my work. I currently live in Brooklyn as a freelance designer and travel to Latin America for business and family visits.
